Basic Introduction to our program
Global, a nationally recognized finance company, has put together a program so you can own your own finance company.
You will be in business to offer small to medium size businesses various types of loans ranging from $10,000 up to $3,000,000 or more. Banks generally only lend to a small percentage of companies that we call "A" credit, or companies that really don't need the money. Some brokers also specialize in “A” credits. But those lenders tend to be most competitive and traditionally you earn smaller commissions. This is part of what we call “working smart…not hard”…work on deals that pay high commissions that you know you can get approved! While you will be able to offer loans to the "A" credits, our specialty is to focus on "B" and "C" credits, which in our current economy represents roughly 65% of all businesses.
Importantly, you will earn large commissions from each of these transactions up front. Our loan sources pay you a commission of as much as 15% of the loan amount. Some of your transactions continue to pay year after year. That’s what we call repeat or residual income. And because you will also have repeat business and residuals, the value of your business will continue to grow,making it a sellable and valuable asset if you choose to do so.
You will be able to offer your clients a full range of financial services. Whether they need a loan to get working capital, purchase new equipment, acquire a new business, or restructure their current payments, you can do it all. There have never before been more clients with financial needs. The basic expansion of our economy has created a climate in which more and more businesses need capital to build or rebuild. You provide the solutions.
We will show you how to find these clients through an organized and methodical approach to marketing developed over the years.
With our program, you will learn how to be your own boss and run your own business.
We will also provide you with funding sources that you will be approved to do business with the day you graduate from your training. We teach you industry knowledge and vocabulary to convey professionalism and build solid relationships with your clients and funding sources. You don't need prior experience, just the desire to be your own boss, the ability to learn, good people skills, a passion to succeed and make a lot of money.
